Leonardo Neves

General Manager

Leonardo brings extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant leadership, having played key roles in numerous new restaurant openings throughout his career. He advanced into senior leadership positions including Director of Operations and later Regional Vice President of Operations for a brand’s Southern Region, overseeing locations in Orlando, FL; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; and Miami, FL. In this role, Leonardo led nearly 500 team members across three states, traveling extensively to ensure operational consistency, sustainable growth, and long-term brand success.

Leonardo is known for a leadership style grounded in genuine care for people and strong team culture. He believes the best guest experiences are created by empowered, supported teams and takes pride in being a leader who invests in professional development, accountability, and quality of life.

In addition to operations, Leonardo has played a key role in culinary program development, menu innovation, and purchasing strategies, working closely with culinary and leadership teams to maintain brand integrity while encouraging creativity and operational efficiency.

Since joining Mission Restaurants, Leonardo has helped re-establish Mission Oak Grill and played an integral role in the successful opening of Mission Beach House in Revere, Massachusetts. He currently serves as General Manager of Mission Boathouse, a three-story, 25,000-square-foot waterfront restaurant featuring three bars. In this role, he oversees all daily operations, team development, culinary and service execution, and the continued evolution of the guest experience.
